PALs (Physical Activity Leaders)
This is a new programme which has been implemented in our school this year. Year 6, 7 and 8 children have the opportunity to be a PAL during our school lunchtimes. The PAL Team will:
This programme primarily aims to keep children active during our lunchtimes. It also encourages positive play and building new relationships with others. The PAL team have completed a training course which has given them the skills to design, plan and run their own physical activity sessions.
Jump Jam at Brooklyn School Brett Fairweather’s Jump Jam is a new resource that has also been implemented in our school. This is a fitness aerobics programme that involves children in a FUN and interactive way.

At Brooklyn School we are planning to have whole school jump jam sessions to bring the school together. 8 children Years 5, 6 & 7 have been chosen to be Jump Jam Leaders.
