Brooklyn school digital media and collaboration space

Hey! is our students' digital media and collaboration space. From time to time students post examples of their work and collaborate in this space. Feel free to have a look. You can even provide them with feedback if you like. Visit the space here.
The swell network

In 2007 the eleven schools in the South Wellington primary schools
cluster (including Brooklyn School) entered into a partnership with the
New Zealand Ministry of Education as part of the 'Extending High
Standards Across Schools' initiative. Over four years the cluster will
work together on a project to establish the swell network of learning
communities as a vehicle for raising the tide of achievement in South
Wellington schools. Find out more about the swell network
here.
The digital opportunities research project
![]()
In 2005 Brooklyn School entered into a partnership with the Ministry of
Education and Hewlett Packard New Zealand Ltd to explore ways in which
pen based computing can be used to enhance learning. This project has
been further extended by the awarding of a Technology for Teaching grant
from HP (one of 13 awarded in the Asia Pacific region in 2007). Find out more
about this project in the research section of our site
